Initially all the short listed candidates are put on to the Trade Test Trial the same day, under the direct supervision of our screening staff. Finally the scrutiny of short listed candidates is arranged at most reputed and Got approved Technical Institutions in order to fulfill the need of demand effectively.
Interview calls: on evaluation of the applications received, the short listing of the deserving candidates is initiated and call letters are issued for provisional interviews and trade test etc.
The short listed candidates are required to appear before the selection board which will put them to trade test and give the final rating on the basis of overall performance of the individual. After final selection by the Client, a formal letter is issued to the candidates and declaration is taken from them accepting the terms and conditions.
The short listed candidates are then put to the medical check up by the medical board through the highly competent specialists/ Doctors duly approved by the embassy of the employers country.
All necessary cross documentation completeness process starts with clients and employee and after the documents complete, we request the client to process their Visa.
On receiving the visa of the selected candidates from the sponsor, the necessary formalities like immigration, insurance, flight bookings etc are completed.
Employers are advised to will in advance about the departure of workers with flight status.
After the receipt of visa and completion of all formalities, workers are sent to the respective as per flight schedule advised to the employer in advance. The sponsor company arranges to pick up the workers from airport on arrival accordingly.
